1995년 제이크 라이언은 신입 경찰관이 됩니다.
제이크의 아버지도 경찰관 이었고, 제이크가 경찰이 되는데 영향을 주었습니다.
제이크의 아버지는 1984년 직무 중에 살해 당하게 되는데 이 사건은 아직까지도 미제로 남아 있습니다.
게임을 진행 하면서 제이크는 아버지 살인 사건에 대한 단서를 찾아야 합니다.
